MAD RONIN

Born out of pure late-night necessity and an obsession with Tokyo’s back-alley noodle shops, mad ronin brings real-deal ramen to BALI since 2016. No shortcuts, no pre-packaged bullshit. Just 18-hour broths, noodles pulled to precision, and a high-energy underground space where street culture meets Japanese craft.
